We have 4 studio locations, and you can use your pass at any of them so just check to make sure you’re booked into the correct location.
Please come at least 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around studio and get you set up. If you’re more than 5-mins late, you will not be permitted entry as per our studio policy
Grip socks must be worn in all classes due the safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, we have them available for purchase at the studio.
Remember to bring your favourite emotional support water bottle. You can refill it at our water foundations.

Look for a Reformer 101 class on the schedule which is custom built for people who are fresh to Pilates. If you can’t find a REF101 class that fits with your schedule, we recommend Freeform (our open-level Reformer class) or Mattitude (our mat class). Both are beginner-friendly and built to ease you in.
Don’t be. Every class has layers. You choose how hard you want to work. Start slow, build up when you’re ready.
Yes please! Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled, meet your instructor, and avoid any first-class stress.
Whatever you can comfortably move in. Your cute new matching activewear set, or, your favourite baggy tee, we’re into both.
The only rule: grip socks are mandatory. No socks, no play. (We sell ours in-studio for $22, and yes, they’re also cute.)
Just your emotional support water bottle. Your phone stays in a locker and ourclasses are notification-free zones.
Chat to your GP or physio first. If they give you the green light, get in touch with us. We’ll help you figure out the best classes for you, and might suggest a private session to start.
No problem at all. Just let your instructor know before class so we can respect your boundaries.
- Likely yes, but check with your GP first.

- New to HBH and pregnant? Book a 30-minute Prenatal Private (email hello@heartbeathigh.com.au).
- Current clients? Book a Pregnancy Private at the start of your second trimester to keep moving safely.
- Post-natal? Wait for your 6-week clearance before returning.
- Babies in class? As much as we love them, we’re not quite set up for it. Come and enjoy the time to yourself.
All bodies, all abilities, ages 16+ (15 with a parent or guardian). If your doctor’s recommended Pilates, let’s chat to make sure we’re the right fit.

Yes, except for Cult Classic (that’s advanced). Stick with Freeform if you’re just starting out.
2-3 times a week is plenty to start noticing your body feeling stronger. Or more, once you’re hooked. Pilates is low impact, high reward.
If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you can’t join. Your spot might go to a walk-in.
