With over 10 different pilates styles, there is something for everyone on our timetable. No matter the class, we're always here to help clients feel challenged and energised from fun, varied classes that provide them with a full body technical workout.

All our classes are designed to help you move better and feel fab after. If you're new to Pilates try to go slow and work your way up to our more challenging styles of class.

*Class lengths may differ depending on the time of class. Lunchtime Reformers run for 45mins. Please always check timetable when booking.

Pregnant clients must be cleared by staff before continuing classes into the 2nd and 3rd trimester. A private class is required to continue.
