About
Heartbeat High was created from passion. Co-founders Olivia & Phoebe found Pilates through rehabilitation needs and saw the wonders it can do for your body and mental health. Moving forward from rehab, we found there wasn't much offered for Pilates maintenance that wasn't clinical, old or simply lacklustre. An idea to bring fun back to fitness classes in Perth was born. We knew we could do it bigger, better and brighter to appeal to the vibrant generation who were being overlooked. It's our mission to make exercise a pleasure, not a chore.
Below are all the classes you can do across our studios. We recommend mixing it up with plenty of Reformer classes paired with Floor-based classes. All our classes are designed to help you move better and feel fab after. If you're new to Pilates try to go slow and work your way up to our more challenging styles of class.

Our signature open level Reformer workout. This 50 min workout will challenge and inspire your movement through creative transitions with an athletic punch!

Reformer Pilates
Cult Classic is for Pilates enthusiasts. Learn to master the Classic Repertoire that started the Pilates movement and gave it its kickass reputation. This 50 min Advanced Reformer Class is for anyone up for the challenge – get ready to Pike, Twist, Teaser and Snake.

Upbeat Pilates
Elevate your heart rate & energise your body with our newest high intensity low impact Pilates class. HIIT the Mat is your upbeat floor class designed to get your heartbeat higher & the feel good endorphins flowing.
Expect a full body workout featuring all your favs Pilates exercises but sprinkled with a little extra spice. It’s fun it’s effective, and it’s how we do cardio at HBH (aka not running on a treadmill yuk!)

90’S Dance Cardio
Bump n’ Grind is your feel good weekly workout. Aerobic Pilates to pumping party beats, this class makes fitness fun again in just 45mins. Its our badass version of ‘Barre’ that will make you bop til you drop.

Mat Pilates
Mat + Attitude = Mattitude. Arguably the most challenging form of Pilates, on the mat you bare your soul... it’s just you against gravity. We flow through playful transitions and teach you technique tricks to excel your practice. Prepare to find new muscles you never knew you had in this full body workout.

Hanging out for some tender loving care? In TLC we D and M – deep and myofascial. Playing with straps, balls + rollers we’ll release those knots and niggles leaving you feeling loose and limber.

Jumpboard Pilates
Jumping Jumpin is what this class is all about.
In Rebound, we fuse reformer classics with creative cardio. It gives you the benefits of plyometrics training, muscle strength, and calorie burning, without stress or impact on the joints.
Everyone loves a rebound, amirite?

*Class lengths may differ depending on the time of class. Lunchtime Reformers run for 45mins. Please always check timetable when booking.
Pregnant clients must be cleared by staff before continuing classes into the 2nd and 3rd trimester. I private class is required to continue.
