Our style of Pilates isn't anything revolutionary. We're not trying to do things differently. There's no gimmicks, tricks or fancy lingo. We're just hyper focused on doing really good Pilates, better.
Nothing good comes easy, and not everything that's hard is bad for you. That's 'Good Hard'... and it's our whole vibe. The word 'hard' gets a bad rap. We're taking it back, reclaiming, and reframing it.
In our classes you can expect simple strong movement designed to push you a little bit further, extending that little bit beyond yourself, moving your body in ways you never thought possible, using muscles you didn't know you had.
Founded by Phoebe and Olivia in 2018, HBH began with lived experience in rehab and a clear-eyed view of what Pilates can do for strength, posture and peace of mind. What they found next was a gap. Too many options felt clinical, dated or just flat.
So they built what was missing. Something bigger, brighter, and with more heart. Serious programming, good music, and instructors who actually see you. This is Good Hard Pilates, and it's for everybody that wants to do the work and feel good doing it.


We're so lucky to have the most incredibly talented teaching staff at Heartbeat High. With each instructor adding their own unique vibe to the HBH Good Hard Pilates approach, there's never a dull class in our studios.
