STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. All introductory offers, casual classes, class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. No refunds will be provided. No extension will be permitted to the specific valid time frame unless for medical reasons. A medical certificate may be required.
  • New clients may purchase our introductory offer, the Intro Teaser, once. The Intro Teaser is non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. It has no expiry, however once activated the Intro Teaser is valid for 14 or 28 days consecutively (depending on available promotion) with no pause or extension.

  • All casual classes, class packs and promotional packs are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. They are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. No extension will be permitted except for unforeseen injury or medical reasons. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date, and a current medical certificate will be required via email.

  • All casual classes, class packs, memberships and promotional packs are valid to use at all Heartbeat High studio locations unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Clients that book into class at a location with restricted studio access will be charged a class casual fee of $35.

  • Gift cards can be used as credit towards classes and merchandise at Heartbeat High. Gift cards purchases for Heartbeat high are non refundable and all purchases are final and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

  • Group class bookings are essential and must be made through your account via MindBody app, Heartbeat High app, or directly through our website. Private and corporate sessions must be booked via email at hello@heartbeathigh.com.au

  • Payment must be made prior to booking and attending class.

  • ‍Changes to your schedule via text message, voicemails, phone calls or social media will not be accepted. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance if unsure on how to cancel or reschedule your class.

  • A class must have a minimum of 3 participants to run. Heartbeat High reserves the right to cancel a class if need be. You will be contacted by text message at least 2 hours before the commencement of the class. You will not be charged and your session will be re-credited to your account.

  • To ensure the least amount of disruption to fellow clients and for your own safety, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class you will not be permitted entry into the class. If you are new to Heartbeat High and arrive late to class, it is at the Instructor's discretion to prohibit entry at any point. Empty reformer beds and mats at the beginning of class will be given to walk-ins.

  • Mobile phones are not permitted in the studio – please keep them switched off or on silent mode in your bag or locker. Mobile phones in the studio or on the floor will be removed to the lockers for safety. In rare circumstances you are awaiting a call, please notify the Instructor before the start of class.

  • Socks must be worn in all classes for hygiene. We highly recommend grip socks for their anti-slip safety. No sneakers or shoes are to be worn in class. If you require sneakers for medical reasons during Bump n’ Grind or HIIT the Mat, please advise your Instructor before class. In this instance, clean indoor shoes which have not been worn outside are only permitted.

  • Instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons. It is up to their discretion to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

  • If Heartbeat High is forced to close due to government lockdown regulations, you will be contacted via email and given the option to extend your class pack for the term of the closure period.

  • If masks are enforced by the government for our health and safety, Heartbeat High will still operate as normal. A medical certificate or exemption letter will be required if a mask cannot be worn. Class packs will not be extended during this time.

  • Heartbeat High is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend class. Heartbeat High does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property.
  • You understand that classes may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury or death.

  1. Class bookings are essential and must be made through the MindBody app, Heartbeat High app, or directly through the studio.
  1. If a class is fully booked you are able to be added to a waitlist and if any cancellations may occur, you will be notified up to an hour before the class starts. If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a spot open up. Please make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish you attend.

    Classes between 5.30am – 11.30am
    : Cancellations or rescheduling of classes need to be made more than 8 hours prior to your class start time.
    Classes from 12pm onwards: Cancellations or rescheduling of classes need to be made more than 4 hours prior to your class start time.

    Casual classes & class packs: If you late cancel a class you will be lose your session. If you do not show up to class you will lose your session and be charged a $20 no show fee.

    Please note if you are on a Heartbeat High Club Membership, a different late cancellation policy may apply. Please read relevant T&Cs.

    Definitions:

    Late Cancel – you cancel your class within the 4 or 8 hours prior to start time via Mindbody, HBH app or online (depending on time of your class, please see above)
    No Show – you do not cancel your class via to start time and do not turn up

HEARTBEATER 4: COMMITTED - TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. By purchasing this contract at a rate of $100 per month (28 days), you agree to a MINIMUM 24-WEEK TERM membership. This minimum term does not include any suspension periods, intro periods or free periods.
  2. By purchasing this contract at a rate of $100 per month (28 days), you agree to a MINIMUM 24-WEEK TERM membership. This minimum term does not include any suspension periods, intro periods or free periods.

  3. Should you wish to terminate your club membership prior to the 24-week term, you will be charged a ‘break fee’ of $100. This payment will not be in exchange for any classes.

  4. Should you wish to terminate your club membership after the 24-week term, 14 days minimum written notice is required on an active membership (not on suspension).

  5. Your ongoing membership will be charged monthly in advance of each month, in the sum of $100. This membership allows you to attend a maximum of 4 of any class per payment cycle (per 28 days).

  6. Your membership can start from your date of purchase or you can nominate a date for it to start.

  7. If you book into and attend more than 4 classes per payment cycle, an automatic $27 (per class) discounted casual fee will be charged to your account.

  8. If a payment declines due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $10 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.

  9. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. No refunds will be provided. No extension will be permitted to the specific valid time frame unless for medical reasons. A medical certificate may be required.

A suspension must be requested via email a minimum of 72-hours before the start of the suspension. Please note that emails will not be answered over the weekend.

The suspension period will be for the period of which Heartbeat High is forced to close according to government regulations. If you extend your suspension beyond the mandatory closed period, it will be considered part of your 56 day suspension allocation (and the 7 day minimum term will apply).

  17. If masks are enforced by the government for our health and safety, Heartbeat High will still operate as normal. If you choose to suspend during this period, the suspension will be considered as part of your 56 day allocation (and the 7 day minimum term will apply). If you cannot participate wearing a mask for medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate for a suspension extension.

  18. Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to restrict or prohibit clients from particular class types for safety reasons.

  19. Memberships may be subject to a price increase. This will be conveyed in writing at least 4 weeks prior to any changes.

  20. I agree that Heartbeat High is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Heartbeat High or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Heartbeat High does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property.

If you wish to rebook an additional Reformer class within your 28-day pay cycle, you will be automatically charged $27 per class.

A suspension must be requested via email a minimum of 72-hours before the start of the suspension. Please note that emails will not be answered over the weekend.
  • A class must have a minimum of 3 participants to run. Heartbeat High reserves the right to cancel a class if need be. You will be contacted by either phone or email at least 2 hours before the commencement of the class. You will not be charged and your session will be credited back to your account.
  • If Heartbeat High is forced to close due to government restrictions, you will be contacted via email and given the option to suspend your HBH Club contract in addition to your 56 day suspension allocation. The suspension period will be for the period of which Heartbeat High is forced to close according to government regulations. If you extend your suspension beyond the mandatory closed period, it will be considered part of your 56 day suspension allocation (and the 7 day minimum term will apply).
  • If masks are enforced by the government for our health and safety, Heartbeat High will still operate as normal. If you choose to suspend during this period, the suspension will be considered as part of your 56 day allocation (and the 7 day minimum term will apply). If you cannot participate wearing a mask for medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate for a suspension extension.
  • Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to restrict or prohibit clients from particular class types for safety reasons.
  • Memberships may be subject to a price increase. This will be conveyed in writing at least 4 weeks prior to any changes.
  • I agree that Heartbeat High is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Heartbeat High or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Heartbeat High does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property.

HEARTBEATER 12: COMMITMENT FREE - TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. You are purchasing this contract at a rate of $260 per month (28 days).

  • You are purchasing this contract at a rate of $260 per month (28 days).
  • Should you wish to terminate your club membership, 14 days minimum written notice is required on an active membership (not on suspension).
  • Your ongoing membership will be charged monthly in advance of each month, in the sum of $260. This membership allows you to attend a maximum of 12 of any class per payment cycle (per 28 days).
  • Your membership can start from your date of purchase or you can nominate a date for it to start.
  • If you book into and attend more than 12 classes per payment cycle, an automatic $27 (per class) discounted casual fee will be charged to your account.
  • If a payment declines due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $10 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.
  • All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. No refunds will be provided. No extension will be permitted to the specific valid time frame unless for medical reasons. A medical certificate may be required.
  • Class bookings are essential and must be made through the MindBody app, Heartbeat High app, or directly through the studio.
  • If a class is fully booked you are able to be added to a waitlist and if any cancellations may occur, you will be notified up to an hour before the class starts. If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a spot open up. Please make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish you attend.
