ARRIVING
TO CLASS

Please come at least 15 minutes early to your first class so we can show you around our kick-ass studio & get your set up.

If you’re more than 5 mins late, you will not be permitted entry due to health & safety.

WHAT TO WEAR

Grip socks are compulsory in all Pilates classes. Don’t stress if you haven't got a pair, they are available to purchase in studio for $20, just ask your instructor at the front desk.

HYDRATION

Remember you’ve got to hydrate to gyrate! So be sure to bring a drink bottle! You can re-fill it at our water fountains.

HACKS FOR
FIRST TIMERS

1. START WITH FREEFORM

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, please attend our open level Reformer class, Freeform. Arrive 10 mins early so we can get you set up on the machines & learn the basic Pilates technique. We’ll get you up to speed in a hot sec!

2. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE AND FIND YOUR LAYER

HBH is a safe space to explore movement your way. In all our classes exercises are taught with layers, building from the base up. We welcome and encourage you to move with your mood.

3. INJURed OR
PREGNANT?

If you have injuries or are newly pregnant, please get the all clear from your GP before attending class.If you’re unsure whether group class Pilates is right for you, send us an email ahead of class.

Any prenatal movers will need to email around the 12 week mark to book a 30min private session. This is to run over preg safe modifications and feel confident.
