In Rebound, we fuse reformer classics with creative cardio. It gives you the benefits of plyometrics training, muscle strength, and calorie burning, without stress or impact on the joints.

*class lengths may differ depending on the time of class. Lunchtime Reformers run for 45mins. Please always check timetable when booking.

Pregnant clients must be cleared by staff before continuing classes into the 2nd and 3rd trimester. A private class is required to continue.

HACKS FOR
FIRST TIMERS

1. START WITH REFORM

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, please attend our Reform class to familiarise yourself with our machines & learn the Pilates technique. We’ll get you up to speed in a hot sec!

2. KNOW YOUR LIMITS

Please note our Freeform is a progressive to Intermediate level class, it is ok for newbies but please let your instructor know so we can give you a little extra assistance in class.

Cult Classic is an Advanced Level Reformer class, please only attend this class if you feel confident with your pilates practice.

3. PREGGERS?

If you have injuries or are newly pregnant, please email or class ahead of class so we can find the appropriate class for you.
