Cult Classic is for Pilates enthusiasts.  Learn to master the Classic Repertoire that started the Pilates movement and gave it its kickass reputation.  This 50 min Advanced Reformer Class is for anyone up for the challenge – get ready to Pike, Twist, Teaser and Snake.

Hanging out for some tender loving care? In TLC we D and M – deep and myofascial. Playing with balls + rollers we’ll release those knots and niggles leaving you loose as a goose.

*class lengths may differ depending on the time of class. Lunchtime Reformers run for 45mins. Please always check timetable when booking.

Pregnant clients must be cleared by staff before continuing classes into the 2nd and 3rd trimester. I private class is required to continue.
